He was predeceased by: his parents, Daryl Perkins and Rita Perkins; and his brothers, Richard Perkins (Suzanne) and Randy Perkins (Christina). He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his sisters, Darlene Legros, Joanne Sutherland, Bonnie Fisher (Kevin) and Shelly Richardson (Tommy).
A Celebration of Perry's life will at held at the Army & Navy Hall, 14 Marlborough St., Cornwall on Saturday April 20th, 2024 from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
