She was predeceased by: her spouse Bernie McKinnon; her daughter Diane Derosiers (Wayne); her parents, William Major and Gabrielle Major (Besner); and her siblings, Grace Leroux (late Ovila), Françoise Lefebvre (late Lucien), Claire Pépin (late Guy) and Laurent Major (late Thérese).
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Ward (Paul); her grandchildren, Deana, Derek, Darren, Brett, Stacey and Kim; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Max, MacKenzie, Abigale "Abby", Emma, William, Jamie and Jasper.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
