She was predeceased by: her sister Claudette Bernard (Normand); and her parents, Lorenzo Menard and Juliette Menard. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Bedard; her children, Gerald (Donna) and Linda Lalonde (Casey); her siblings, Rene, Anita Prevost (Arthur), Lise O'Neil (Gordie), Aline Lauzon (Rene) and Cecile Menard (Pete); and her grandchildren, Oliver, Morgan, Caleb, Justin and Jessica.
