She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Edward Laurin; her son Scott Laurin; her parents, Reginald Lancaster and Ruby Lancaster; and her sister Merle Rich.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Cook and Jennifer Whitworth; her grandchildren, Josh (Kelsey), Chelsey (Jon), Twyla and James (Allyssa); her great grandchildren, Riley, Jaxson, Jaida and Liam; and her brother-in-law Stan McLennan.
