She was predeceased by: her brother Gilles Levesque; and her parents, Evangelist "Vangie" and Marie Levesque. She is survived by: her husband Maurice Violette; her children, John Violette (Viviane) and Michele Yedema (Gerben); her grandchildren, Briar and Cole Yedema; and her siblings, Florence Thompson, Ernie Levesque, Yolande Vallée, Aline Levesque, Alvine Rioux and Louise Rioux.
