With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noela Blanchard (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on November 9, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Rene Blanchard; her parents, Leo Lefebvre and Louise Lefebvre; and her siblings, Jeannine, Lilianne, Suzanne and Laurent Lefebvre.
She is survived by: her children, Andre (Deborah), Gilles (Caroline) and Diane Blanchard; and her siblings, Marielle Bowen, Denis, Gerald and Germain Lefebvre. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
