He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cinquina and Olivia Cinquina; and his siblings, Albert, Paul, Ulric "Curly", Johnny, Dominic, Santini, Mary, Anna, Regetta and Rose.
He is survived by: his sibling Anthony Cinquina (Nita) of Arizona.
