With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Monique (Menard) Dawkes (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on May 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Samuel Dawkes; her parents, Estelle Menard (Choquette) and Armand Menard; and her brother Guy Menard. She is survived by: her children, Victor Armand Dawkes (Andrea Hannan-Dawkes) and Helen Dawkes-Brown (James M. Brown); her granddaughters, Emilie Brown, Michelle Brown, Rachel Hannan Roberts (Donny) and Alexandra Hannan; her sisters, Ruth Menard Dextraze (Maurice Dextraze) and Aurelie Wall (late Charles Wall); and her friends, Joyce Lalonde, Michelle Hooper and Monique Riley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque or online to Agape Center or Baldwin House in Cornwall, ON where Monique herself often sent support.
