He was predeceased by: his brother Gary; his parents, Lucien Lepage and Colombe Lepage; and his mother-in-law Patricia MacMillan. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jason Findlay of Cornwall, Tina Cohen Hart of Cornwall and Amanda MacMillan of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Neveah, Gracie, Jayda, Kylie, Brayden and Brilynne; his stepgrandchildren, Zoey and Boe Quenneville; his siblings, Ron Lepage (Julie) of Cornwall, Rick Lepage (Elaine) of Cornwall, Linda Belmore (Steven) of Cornwall, Gisele Sloan of Cornwall and Robert Lepage (Diane) of Cornwall; and his father-in-law Grant MacMillan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
