He is survived by: his wife Gisele; his children, Cynthia Welch, James (Maru) and Jennifer Welch; his grandchildren, Angela, Michelle, Allison and Lauren; and his siblings, Myrtle, Herb (Amy), Jack (Judy) and Jean Haas (Wilf).
Family and visitors entering the church will be required to wear a face mask.
