He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Desmarteaux (Gill); his children, Robert Desmarteaux and Lisa Desmarteaux (Maria Swampy); his stepchildren, Kevin of Cornwall and Glenn Murray of Cornwall; his daughters, Donna and Wendy Desmarteaux; his grandson Timothy Murray; and his sibling Andree Desmarteaux. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
