It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Filion (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvia LeBlanc and Gerald Filion; his stepfather Lionel LeBlanc; his siblings, Karen LeBlanc, Steven Filion (Angie) of Cornwall, Blaine Filion (Kelly) of Glen Walter, David LeBlanc (Kathy) of Cornwall, Cheryl Summers of Cornwall, Kim LeBlanc (Shawn Kelly) of Cornwall and Michael LeBlanc (Marjorie) of Long Sault; and his nephews, Nicholas Filion (Nyomi), Taylor Filion, Scott Filion (Tristen) and Shawn Filion (Amy).

“I JUST RECENTLY HEARD OF MARK'S PASSING. I TAUGHT MARK IN GRADE 6 AT SAXCRED HEART SCHOOL IN CORNWALL. I ALSO BECAME GREAT FRIENDS WITH HE AND HIS BROTHER STEVEN AND DAVE BEAUDETTE. AFTER MY ACCIDENT IN 1975, MARK, STEVEN AND DAVE KEPT IN TOUCH OVER THE YEARS. WHEN I MOVED FROM CORNWALL, I LOST TOUCH WITH THE FILIONS AND ONLY RECENTLY MADE CONTACT WITH DAVE. I AM VERY SAD TO HEAR OF HIS PASSING AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE. DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO HIS WHOLE FAMILY. WAYNE LEGAULT”
