She is survived by: her husband Phillip Watters; her daughters, Phyllis Brooke of Kingston and Susan Whitford of Cornwall; her grandchildren, Dale, Andrew, Justin, Sacha, Hannah and Abigail; her sibling Celestin Carrier (Amanda); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Watters, Valerie Watters, Arthur Watters (Gabrielle), Albert Watters (Nicole) and Rex Watters (Debbie).
