He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Duff; his parents, Pierce Duff and Beatrice Duff; his former wife Bernice Duff; his daughter Joan Duff; his stepchildren, Patricia and Kevin; and his brother Emerson Duff.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Vitez, Gordon Duff and Charlene Bellefeuille (Daniel); his stepchildren, Sharon, Diane, Linda, Alysha, John, Randy, Brian and Robert; his grandchildren, Jason, Stacey, Stephan and Melissa; and his sibling Mazy (Chess).
