She was predeceased by: her husband William Smith; her parents, Edward Genereaux and Christina Genereaux; her children, Sam Ed Smith and Suzanne Jane Smith (Michael Blanchard); and her siblings, Reggie Genereaux, Dorothy Thompson and Patricia Harvey.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Smith (Kim) of Cornwall, Mike Smith (Raygelee) of Iqaluit, Judy Lamarche of Ottawa, Sandra Savard (Robert) of Long Sault and Lisa Smith (Cecil Chisholm) of Martintown; and her brother Bill Genereaux (Diane) of Belleville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial Donations to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
