She is survived by: her spouse Jack Chaulk; her children, Chad Hicks and Amanda Chaulk; her grandchildren, Quintin Lee and Emma Catherine; and her siblings, Donald Mertes (Donna), Johnny Mertes (Carolanne), Margie Rothwell (Don) and Tammy Mertes.
