He is survived by: his wife Frances (Mayer); his sons, Donald (Julie Kim) and Allan (Sheril Brinkworth); his grandchildren, Ian, Ashley, Alexandra and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Oliver and Eleanor; and his brothers, Ronald (Sylvia) and Reginald (Louise).
