He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Locey (Benton); his parents, Borden Locey and Muriel Locey (Gallinger); and his sisters, Shirley Kiebert and Faye Locey.

He is survived by: his former wife Pauline Locey of Cornwall; his children, Debra Lee Locey of Cornwall and Brent Locey of Cornwall; his siblings, Patricia Masson (Bill) of Brockville, Lydia Eamon of Morrisburg, Jackie Tabram of Cornwall and Margo D'Alessio (Dick) of Cornwall; and his grandchild Breana Locey.
