He was predeceased by: his father Alton Kinnear. He is survived by: his mother Marion Kinnear (Kirkey); and his siblings, Edwin (Monique Aubé), David, Dale (Joy Turner), Brenda Kinnear-Carson (Michael), Brian (Julie André) and Randy (Brenda Chisholm). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Baldwin House in Cornwall, would be appreciated by the family.
