He was predeceased by: his wife Frances James; his mother Kathleen James; and his siblings, Charles (Jacqueline), Beverley Bowman (Harry), Lois Bowman (late Claire), Billy, Marjorie Larochelle (late Fern), Mary Grice (late Bud) and Ralph (Jacqueline).
He is survived by: his sons, David James (Linda) of Long Sault and Rick James (Tammy) of Brantford; his grandchildren, Christopher (Angela), Joshua, Kendra (Jon) and Annika; and his brother Welland (late Jacqueline). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Glen Stor Dun Lodge Recreation Department would be appreciated by the family.
