He was predeceased by: his wife Ida Payne (Papineau); his parents, Ken Payne and Cressa Payne; his sister Nora Leveque; and his brothers-in-law, Fred and Pat.
He is survived by: his children, David (Patti), Diane, Donna and Lisa (Gerry); his grandchildren, Justine (Samuel), Marie, Julianne, Éric, Brandon and Carter; and his sister Joan McCracken.
Due to the current pandemic, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or to your local food bank would be appreciated by the family.
