She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Coughlan; her parents, Antoine Matte and Evelyne Matte; and her siblings, Antoinette (Aime Loiselle), Jeannine (Rolland Lalonde), Pauline (Richard Yelle), Claudette (Andre Desgroseillers), Edouard Matte (Gisele) and Suzanne (Don Scarf).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sean, Tia, Brittany, Kerry, Josée and Parker; her great grandchildren, Ludovic, Scarlet, Lucien and Brinley; and her sisters, Muriel (Gordon Plamondon) and Geraldine (Jean Guy Duplain).
