She was predeceased by: her spouse Percy Lalonde (Sam); her parents, David Phillips and Katharine Phillips (Jocko); and her siblings, Peter, Adrian (late Irene), John, Mary Viau (late Jerry), Leona Cook, Theresa Pacicca (late Johnny) and Elaine Blount.

She is survived by: her daughter Gail Adams (Phil); and her siblings, Virginia Plante (late Roger) and Clover Dishaw (late Sonny). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
