He was predeceased by: his father John Lafleche (Jean-Guy); his grandparents, Mike and Mary Leaf; his uncles, Joseph and Kenneth Leaf; and his aunt Hazel Herne.
He is survived by: his mother Debra Leaf-Lafleche; his sister Lindsay Leaf (Phil); his nephews, Ashton, Brayden and Samuel "Sammy"; his niece Kinsley Leaf; and his aunts and uncles, Lawrence (Yvonne), Nelson (Loretta), Teddy, Denise and Leslie "Bam" (Stacey Leaf). He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.
