He was predeceased by: his parents, James Owens and Lucienne Owens; and his siblings, Patrick, Eileen Wilkinson, Catherine Stokes, Michael, Peter and Margaret Hicks.
He is survived by: his children, Dale, Collin, Tracey Roberts (Rick) and Melanie Owens; his grandchildren, Chantal, Jennifer and Jameson Rose; and his siblings, Philip, Gerald, Theresa Belanger and Louise Dejonge.
Due to the COVID-19 situation there will be no visitation or service.
