We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 76, Joan Shiel (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Shiel; her parents, Bernard Chamberlain and Phyllis Chamberlain; and her brother Bruce Chamberlain. She is survived by: her children, Deirdre Branchaud (Wayne) of St. George, Brendan Shiel (Lee) of Blackstock and Erin Vivian (Darrell) of Gander, NL.; and her grandchildren, Eamy, Amanda, Steven, Shawna, Krista, Sarah and Cate. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers as expressions of sympathy. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
