We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jean-Paul Fortin (Cornwall, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice and Imelda (Leger); and his brother Hubert Fortin. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Fortin (Belisle); his children, Joel (Muriel) and Anik; and his grandchildren, Zackary and Lukas.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions all services are private.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Children's Treatment Center would be appreciated by the family.
