She was predeceased by: her spouse Donald; her son Michael John Welch; her parents, Walter Hutt and Elsie Hutt; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Kennedy and Edward Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne E. Welch (Mike Sayig) of Montreal and James D. Welch of Montreal; and her siblings-in-law, Anne Welch, Janet Graham, Terry Welch and Lawrence T. Welch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
