She was predeceased by: her spouse Gerald Cassidy; her parents, George Shea and Doris Shea; and her siblings, Catherine Shea, Ginger Shea, Barbara Lake (James) and Elizabeth Shea.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Cassidy (Jacqueline), Wayne Cassidy, Denise Juneau (Jacques), Gerald Cassidy, Patrick Cassidy and Scott Cassidy; and her sibling George Shea (Cathy).
