He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oliver and Rose Oliver; his son David Oliver; and his siblings, Wilfred, Lewis, Bernard and Margaret Seguin.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Oliver; and his children, Joanne Oliver and Lynn Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
