With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Doherty (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Doherty to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Doherty and Lillian (Lily). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Doherty; his children, Colleen Doyon (Moe) of Cornwall, Robert Doherty (Christine) of Cornwall and James Doherty (Erynn) of Williamstown; and his grandchildren, Christopher Doyon (Kayla), Chantal Doyon (Zach), Nicholas Doherty, Evan Doherty, Raven-Lilly Doherty, River-Willow Doherty, Cedar-Rain Doherty and Hamish Stoneoak Doherty.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Cornwall Community Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Donations are being accepted for: Cornwall Community Hospital CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
