He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Kyte; his parents, Frederick Kyte and Suzannah Kyte; and his siblings, Henry Kyte, Fred Jr. Kyte, Richard Kyte, Jean Kyte and Eleanor Senior.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Kyte, Randy Kyte (Jennifer) and Terry Kyte (Darlene); his grandchildren, Jeff, Mark, Trevor, Meagan, Emily, Justin and Andrew; his stepgrandchildren, Bryan (Alex), Zachary, Ben and Arielle; and his sister Mirilou Jayes.
