Homiar Gazdar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homiar Gazdar (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dadi Gazdar and Rati Gazdar; his daughter Phiruza; and his siblings, Soli, Thrity, Perin and Khurshed.

He is survived by: his spouse Aloo; his son Farhiz Gazdar (Sheila Tallon) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Rayanne Gazdar (Shawn) of Cornwall and Ashtin Gazdar (Bryana) of Cornwall; his siblings-in-law, Dr. Yazdi Turner (Mahnaz) of Pointe-Claire, QC, Katy Divecha (late Dinshaw) of Mumbai, India. and Dr. Prous Turner (Mehru) of Mumbai, India.; and his caregivers, Georgia, Steve and Dr. Menon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Shriner Children's Hospital or St. Joseph's Continuing Care Center are appreciated by the family.
