She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Montpetit and Catherine Montpetit; and her siblings, Adèlard, Laurier, Juliette, Germaine and Delerèse.

She is survived by: her children, Michel Chartrand (Vicky), Andre Chartrand (Elisabeth Smith), Denis Chartrand, Johanne Marion (Michel), Carole Chartrand (Tony Peccia), Julie Chartrand, Pierre Chartrand and Georges Ladouceur; and her brother Vital.
