He was predeceased by: his siblings, Laurier, Gracia Morin and Noella Brodeur (Roméo); and his parents, Albert Dagenais and Stella Dagenais.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Dagenais; his children, Suzanne Moore (Tom) and Robert Dagenais (Angela); his grandchildren, Andrea Moore, Ryan Dagenais and Justin Dagenais; and his siblings, Noel Dagenais (Niki) and Wilfrid Dagenais.
