With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Albert Forrest (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on May 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Forrest and Reta Forrest; his brothers, Earl, George, Robert and David; and his brother-in-law Jack Fraser.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Forrest; his children, Gary Forrest (Mary Lynn), Linda Forrest (Rob) and Steven Forrest; his grandchildren, Valerie, Allison, Julia, Stephanie (Victor) and Devan; his great grandchildren, Liam and Hazel; his siblings, Joyce Shaver (late Ken), Helen Anning (Lee) and Ronald Forrest (Kathy); and his sisters-in-law, Myrna McDonald Turner (Peter) and Donna Kreutzer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to RHSJ HC FUND (St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre) or Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
