He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Nicole Michaud; his parents, William Billard and Eva Billard (Labelle); and his sisters, Jeanette Billard and Lena (late Harry Montroy).

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Billard (Montroy); his son Raymond Billard (Tabetha); his grandchildren, Justin and Emily Billard; his stepgrandchildren, Shelley and Joshua Michaud; and his brother Bruno Billard (late Margo). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
