He is survived by: his mother Laurette Chase (Andre); his siblings, Linda, Sandra Brunet, Gail Labrecque (Richard) and Spencer Chase; and his significant other Ellen Matte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Liturgy, Wednesday July 31, 2019, in the chapel of the funeral home at 11am followed by cremation As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Hospice Cornwall - Carefor would be appreciated by the family.
