It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Rankin (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on November 3, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Rankin; and her daughter Kimberley Rankin. She is survived by: her daughters, Heidi Ariano (Gino) and Lori Yates (Ian); her grandchildren, Sarah, Paige Ariano, Abigail and Ethan Yates; her sister Pauline Ford (late Douglas); and her aunt Kylie Zummach Nick Ford (Annie).
