He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Kos Sr. and Helena Kos (Jevenik); and his siblings, Anka Mitzka, Milan and Stephan Kos.
He is survived by: his children, Milan Kos (Nathalie Perrier) of Montreal, Ida Kos (Marcel Larocque) of Cornwall and Susie Kos of Cornwall; and his granddaughter Emma Cappello.
