Ernest August Schaefer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest August Schaefer (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his brother Harry; and his parents, Kate and Ernst. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher (Yvonne) of Thunder Bay and Andrew of Cornwall; his grandsons, Brian and Brandon; his sister-in-law Joanne Schaefer of Calgary; his nieces, Kathy (Steve) and Karen (Dien); his nephew Rob (Barb); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joel, Kristi, Julia, Danny, Cameron, James and Michael.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer's Society, would be appreciated by the family.
