It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight Poitras (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan Poitras and Josephine Poitras. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Poitras, Shawn Poitras and Nicholas Poitras (Jaimie); his grandchildren, Joshua, Kelsey, Lauren, Cameron, Dylan, Kate, Nolan and Joycelyn; his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kallie and Lilly-Rose; and his siblings, Kenny Poitras (late Claire), Judy Poitras (late Gerry Belmore), Wayne Poitras (Bertha) and Gail Seguin (Gerald).
As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated by the family.
