He is survived by: his wife Bonnie MacKinnon (Cottrell); his son David MacKinnon (Lisa Beaupre); his grandchild Annabella MacKinnon; and his sister Myrna Meyer (Tim). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and much extended family.
