He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Amirault and Catherine Amirault; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his wife Diane Arsenault-Amirault; his children, Ivan (Fareeda), Wayne (Cathy), Maureen Hamilton (Ken) and Laura Kitching (Derreck); his stepchildren, Gerard Desjardins (Tammy), Sylvain Desjardins (Jessy) and Natalie Cardinal (Norm); his grandchildren, Kevin, Sarah, Tyler, Cory, Rachel, Rebecca, Devin, Paige, Johnathan and Justin; his great grandchildren, Landon, Tenley, Ashlynn and Gwen; and the mother of his children Lorraine Trahan.
In accordance with the Provincial Covid-19 regulations, all guests attending the visitation are required to wear masks and maintain social distancing of 6 feet (2 meters).
