Donna Jean Oosterbaan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2022, at the age of 72, Donna Jean Oosterbaan of Cornwall, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Elgar Youngs and Evelyn Youngs; and her sister-in-law Aggie Benoit. She is survived by: her daughter Shana Powell of Cornwall; her grandchildren, Spencer Powell-Miran and Haylee Powell-Clow; and her siblings, Kaye Aldridge (Donald) and Neil Youngs (Shirley Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
