He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Grant (Leroux); his great grandchild Jacob; his parents, Donald Grant and Florence Grant (MacMillan); and his siblings, Hugh Grant (late Kate) and Rita Kearns (late Francis).
He is survived by: his children, Carey Grant (Cynthia Bernadez), Darlene Campbell (Graeme), Dale Barr (John), Sandra Yelle (Paul) and Sheldon Grant (Mai-Liis Renaud); his grandchildren, Caley Campbell (Shannon), Shauna Cunning (Trevor), Barron Yelle (Erika), Dillon Barr (Vanessa), Grant Barr (Justyne), Jessie Nugent (Warren), Robyn Campbell, Brittany Yelle, Isaac Barr (Delaney), Joshua Grant, Natasha Grant, Ryan Grant and Isabella Grant; his great grandchildren, Maddison, Lyndon, Jackson, Brooke, Bennett, Aiden and Grayson; and his siblings, Angus Grant (Marguerite), Theresa Cuomo (late Alfred E.) and Mary Grant (late Don MacIsaac). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
