He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Gadbois and Vivian Gadbois; and his close friend Gordon Heward. He is survived by: his wife Ligia Rogers; his brothers, Tim Gadbois (Jocelyne) of Cornwall and Ken Gadbois (Louise) of Russell; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Gadbois (Renee), Graham Gadbois, Carolyn (Will) and Caitlin (Johnny). He is also survived by his grandnieces and grandnephews, many friends.

Donations in her name to the Alzheimer's Society or the Vista Centre for Brain Injury Services (Cornwall), would be appreciated by the family.
