It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Diana Marie Cartier (Cornwall, Ontario), born in Québec, Québec, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Cartier (Nick); her parents, Romeo Dumond and Dina Dumond (Chalifoux); her son Roger; and her siblings, Roger, Romeal, Robert, Cyril, Rene, Conrad Dumond, Edna Leger, Verna Binette, Antoinette Savard and Rollande Goulet.

She is survived by: her son Louis Cartier (Nicole) of Cornwall; her grandchildren, Shane (Kristen), Kerry, Drake (Meagan), Katy (Danny), Emily (Chris) and Sarah (Finley); her sisters, Lorraine Guerin (Cornwall) and Therese Cartier (Winnipeg); and her niece Lise Eamon. She is also survived by Aunt.

She died peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital after a long battle with Dementia which was worsened by a possible psychological and social side effect of Covid-19.
