She is survived by: her children, Pierre (Julie Boulanger), Patrick (Brigitte Filion) and Annie Brousseau (Roch Pierre); her grandchildren, Mathieu, Chloé, Sophie, Dominic and Nicholas; her siblings, Roger Cloutier (Raymonde), Gisele Lysak (late Peter), Gérard Cloutier (Gislaine) and Rita Mayer (late Robert); and her close friend Marcel Frappier.

“C'est le 12 janvier que j'ai appris la triste nouvelle dû décès de denise , mon amie du grand nord depuis 1966. Pendant plus de 40 ans nous avons gardé contact par téléphone. Denise prenait toujours intérêt à la vie de ses amies. Je suis très reconnaissance de notre réunion chez elle à longsault, en mai 2016!! Notre dernière conversation a été en avril 2019 pour son anninpversaire.. Elle me téléphonait toujours en septembre pour le mien......mais on s'est manquées. Sincères condoléances ,”
