He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolly Elizabeth Hall and Allan Alguire; and his brother Perry. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Alguire; his children, Jason Alguire and Deanna Clark (Jamie); his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Justin and Wyatt; his siblings, William Hope (Beverly), Barbara Delo (late Ross Delo), Becky Brownell (Orval), Donna Seguin (Gerald), Phillip Alguire (Heather), Margie Ainslie (Steve), Karen and Carol; and his pets, Stormin, Norman, Panda Bear and Dino.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
